A note from the owner
Welcome to Inkwell
I’ve always liked to design and build. When I was a kid it was cardboard and hot glue, now it’s wood and screws. I’ve worked with a lot of different crews over the years, and too much of what I saw was done for the bottom line, without pride. I hate shoddy work with a passion.
I’d rather a job take a little longer and be done well than have it done quickly and sloppily. I make sure my work and work area are clean, I always use quality materials, and I explain things in a way that actually makes sense. If I make a mistake while working, I’ll take the time to fix it instead of glossing over it. You worked hard for your money, and I’m going to work just as hard to earn it. I want you to look at the finished job and know it was worth every dollar.

Our Standards
The Inkwell Promise
Design sense and jobsite experience, in one place.
.01
Bridge the Gap
I worked in construction before and during architecture school, so I learned design and building side by side. The plans I draw are plans I already know how to build.
.02
Built With Intention
I choose materials for how they’ll perform years from now, and I plan every detail around how it will actually be installed. If I don’t trust something to hold up, it doesn’t go into your project.
.03
One Point of Accountability
Because I handle both the design and the build, you have one person to talk to from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. If something isn’t right, I’ll make it right.
